How do I cancel my booking?

Most bookings on GHotelStays are fully refundable until 11:59pm the night before check-in. To cancel, visit My Bookings and select your reservation.

What does "Pay at Property" mean?

Pay at Property means you don't pay anything now. Your payment is made directly to the hotel when you arrive. No upfront charge is required.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Date modifications depend on the hotel's availability. Please contact the hotel directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

What currencies are supported?

We support GBP, USD, MYR, QAR, EUR, AED, SAR, TRY, and MAD. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown in the top navigation.
