All bookings made through GHotelStays are subject to availability and confirmation. When you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please check your details carefully before confirming.
GHotelStays acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not the hotel operator and are not responsible for the standard of accommodation, facilities, or services provided by the hotel.
All prices displayed on GHotelStays are in your selected currency and are per room per night unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on dates selected, room type, and availability. Taxes and service fees are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a booking has been made at an incorrect price, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm the booking at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type and are clearly displayed on the hotel page before booking. Free cancellation is available on eligible bookings if cancelled before the stated deadline.
For Pay at Property bookings, no payment is taken at the time of booking. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon arrival.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Many of our hotels offer a Pay at Property option, meaning no payment is collected at the time of booking. Your card details may be used for guarantee purposes only. Payment is settled directly with the hotel at check-in or check-out.
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details including names, dates, and room types are correct. GHotelStays cannot be held liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking through GHotelStays.
All content on ghotelstays.net including text, images, logos, and design is the property of GHotelStays Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
GHotelStays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
